Property Analysis Report – Investing in Dubai

Dubai’s property market has witnessed impressive growth in recent years, with reports revealing investors enjoyed gains of 59 per cent between 2010 to 2014.

NRIs and Pakistani investors topped the list of foreign players in Dubai’s real estate market, followed by Brits. Statistics from the Dubai Land Department revealed that 19,000 Britons have bought in property there, investing around £1.6 billion (AED 8.9 billion) in 2014. While buyers from the Middle East explore foreign property markets such as those in London and Vancouver, many Brits are being drawn to the UAE to invest in both primary residences and income properties. With zero tax on this rental income along with capital gains, it is easy to see why property investment in Dubai is gaining traction.

Property Analysis Report – Investing in Malaysia

Following a strong economic resurgence, Malaysia’s housing market has forged ahead in terms of both price growth and rates of development.

The economy grew by 6 per cent in 2014, up from a rate of 4.7 per cent the year prior. The IMF projects a rate of growth of 5 per cent for both 2016 and 2017, great news for those considering a property investment here. However, investing in property in Malaysia requires substantial capital, as prices throughout the country are some of the most expensive in Southeast Asia.
