Tanbir is an experienced property professional who began his career 2006, embracing his passion for property development. He is the driving force behind the shape and direction of Hall Victoria’s vision and strategy and has overall responsibility for the corporate governance of the business. With a strong track record in recognising and creating successful property investments, Tanbir works closely with institutional investment funds to identify, negotiate and secure investments.
Sarb has over 15 years’ experience of property development and property/project management. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge encompassing all aspects of property development and the challenges associated with medium to large scale developments. As a Development Director he plays a senior role in the significant contribution to the organisation’s growth strategy and is also responsible for the corporate governance of the business. Sarb has an increasing portfolio of over 200 properties and is very instrumental in a construction company that is owned by the Sanger family.
Tahir works closely with our high net worth individuals to understand their specific investment objectives and is responsible for the overall management of funds. He is responsible for evaluating all prospective projects against a demanding set of investment criteria and has a strong track record of building successful partner relationships, Tahir represents both our investors’ and Halls Victoria’s interests at all stages of investor and stakeholder meetings.
As Project Director, Buzlur is responsible for the overall planning, supervision and co-ordination of project delivery. Buzlur uses leading-edge project management software tools to track the progress of each project stage and to ensure the efficient utilisation of people and resources. Advising on all aspects of project delivery, management and compliance, Buzlur ensures that projects are completed on time and within budget whilst balancing the needs and interests of all parties involved.
AJ joined the company in March 2016 and brings with him a well-grounded knowledge of sourcing and identifying strategic land. He manages all aspects of the complex process involved with appraising multiple sites and the necessary due diligence associated with evaluating whether sites are viable for private residential or mixed-use developments and with the maximum potential for planning gain.
